The Trustee for Gururamdas Business Trust We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Manager to join our team at Ramdas Qld Pty Ltd located at 2664 Logan Rd Eight-Mile Plains, Queensland 4113. Known for delivering efficient and reliable transport and fleet services, we are committed to excellence in logistics coordination, vehicle management, and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

n

n
- Organising the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel
n
- Liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle type, purchase or hire rates and obligations and handling complaints
n
- Receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules
n
- Ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality
n
- Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods
n
- Maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports
n




- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
n

Skills/Experience

n

n
- At least 1 year of proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related role
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- Experience in transport scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and client liaison
n
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance standards
n
