n Our clinics within Southern Tasmania are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a Permanent Full-Time position working rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. The locations include Calvary Hospital, Kingston, Rosny and Hobart Private Hospital.

Key accountabilities include:

- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
n
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
n
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
n

n

Key selection criteria:

n

n
- Previous medical receptionist background (Ideal but not necessary) or customer service background
n
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
n




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
n
- Current Drivers licence
n
