The Opportunity

n

Inland Petroleum is seeking a agile and experienced Retail Site Manager to oversee operations at our Cobar service station. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

n

As a Retail Site Manager, you will:

n

- Lead day-to-day site operations to achieve business objectives
n
- Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction
n
- Manage and develop site staff
n
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
n
- Optimise site performance and profitability
n




- Maintain high standards of site presentation
n

Key Responsibilities Include

n

- Oversee daily operations, fuel systems, and site presentation
n
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and promotional displays
n
- Monitor sales targets, site expenses, and banking procedures
n
- Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance management
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and audit protocols
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Strong customer service and leadership experience
n
- High School Certificate and current driver's licence
n
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
n
- Desirable: Cert IV in Retail Management, fuel retail experience, food handling and first aid certifications
n
