About the Role

Are you passionate about the great outdoors and delivering exceptional customer service? Motackle & Outdoors is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Camping & Outdoors Retail Attendant to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

n

As a full-time member of our retail team, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, helping customers find the right gear to make the most of their outdoor adventures.

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Providing friendly, personalised customer service
n
- Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our camping, spearfishing, and watersports products
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
n
- Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
n
- Working as part of a supportive team to ensure overall customer satisfaction
n

What We're Looking For:

- A genuine passion for the outdoors and helping customers
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Product knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn about camping, fishing, and outdoor equipmen
n
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
n
- person availble weekday and weekend work (9am–5pm)
