We're growing rapidly, with sales increasing more than 200% year-to-date, and we're looking for an experienced estimator ready to take the next step into leadership.

This isn't a role where you'll simply prepare quotes.

n

You'll lead from the front, mentor a talented estimating team, work directly with customers and help us continue building one of Australia's best estimating departments.

About the Role

n

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will:

n

n
- Allocate work across our Australian and offshore estimating teams.
n
- Coach and mentor estimators.
n
- Liaise with customers and support the sales team.
n
- Support implementation of Revit and AI initiatives.
n

n

This is a genuine leadership chance while remaining hands-on with technical estimating.

n

About You

n

You'll ideally have experience in:

n

n
- Electrical, mechanical or structural steel projects
n




- Reading construction drawings
n
- Customer communication
n
- Mentoring or supervising team members
n
- Experience with ProEst, ERP systems, HubSpot, Excel, Bluebeam or Revit will be highly regarded.
