Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Children's Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at The Little Gym Cheltenham.

This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to help deliver fun, engaging, and confidence-building movement programs for children aged 4 months to 12 years.

n

You will work alongside our Gym Director and Lead Instructor to deliver our unique curriculum, creating positive experiences that help children develop physically, emotionally, and socially.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate movement-based classes following The Little Gym curriculum
n
- Creating a positive and encouraging setting where children feel confident to participate
n
- Building strong relationships with children and parents
n
- Assisting with weekend birthday parties and special events
n
- Supporting class preparation, pack down and general centre duties
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
n
- Assisting the team with day-to-day operations
n

What we're looking for

- A bubbly, energetic personality who loves working with children
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Confidence engaging with children and parents
n




- Reliable and organised with a positive attitude
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Weekend availability is required
n
- Experience in gymnastics, dance, sport coaching, fitness, teaching, childcare or similar is highly regarded (but not essential)
n
- Willingness to learn and follow The Little Gym's proven curriculum
