This role suits a confident therapist with proven laser hair removal experience, strong consultation skills and the ability to achieve sales targets without compromising client care.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Performing laser hair removal treatments
n
- Providing skin consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans
n
- Performing advanced skin treatments
n
- Building strong relationships with clients
n
- Confidently recommending treatment packages and skincare products through ethical upselling and cross-selling
n
- Helping achieve monthly sales and clinic KPIs
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare
n
- Maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment
n
- Working closely with a supportive team
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous laser hair removal experience
n




- Confident treating both male and female clients, including intimate areas
n
- Previous sales experience with the ability to confidently upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products
n
- Passion for helping clients achieve their skin goals while delivering an outstanding experience
n
- Friendly, professional and well presented
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
n
- Flexible to work across multiple clinic locations when required
n
- Available for evenings and alternating weekends
n
