Nuts & Bolts:

- Setting up new employees in systems, ensuring onboarding documents, award rates and key information are captured accurately
- Calculating termination payments and entitlements,



coordinating recovery of overpayments in line with company policy
- Updating employee salary entitlements as required, including back-dated changes
- End-to-end payroll processing, including payments to employees and superannuation funds
- Conducting quarterly superannuation reviews to ensure contributions comply with legislation and guarantee caps
- Managing employee administration and responding to payroll queries
- Delivering end-of-cycle and month-end reporting to finance teams

About You:

- 3/5+ years' end to end experience in a similar payroll department that deals with high volumes and complexities
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A practical, can-do problem-solver who's happy working autonomously
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality assurance
- A strong team player who also knows how to lead when it counts
