The Opportunity

This is the creative engine room behind one of Australia's most iconic activewear brands. As Campaign Producer & Stylist, you own the end‐to‐end production of every shoot across LJC, Lorna Jane Active, SOMA by Lorna Jane and the Never Give Up Podcast — part producer, part stylist, one person accountable for it all. If production and styling have always felt like they belonged on one desk, not two, this is your brief.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own every shoot schedule and campaign timeline — brochure, print, ghosting, eCommerce and brand — built backwards from launch dates
n
- Source, negotiate and book talent, creatives, locations and props
n
- Run shoot days start to finish — run sheets, time checks, first point of contact for talent and stakeholders
n
- Own eCommerce and campaign styling end to end, from look prep through to on‐set execution
n
- Manage the full sample lifecycle — call‐in, tracking, prep and return
n
- Maintain briefs, call sheets, shot lists and styling trackers as the single source of truth
n
- Track, reconcile and negotiate budgets to protect quality and spend
n

You pull looks ahead of every shoot in line with launch calendars and creative direction, and make sure fit, fabric and finish read exactly as they should on camera — hero pieces and promotional lines alike, styled with equal care.

About You

n

n
- Robust experience in campaign or content production, shoot production or coordination — fashion, activewear, retail or agency background.
n
- Demonstrated styling experience, on set and in eCommerce — you understand garment prep, fit, and how product should read on camera.
n
- A proven track record booking talent, creatives, locations and props, and running a shoot day from call time to wrap. Confident managing budgets — tracking, reconciling and negotiating without losing sight of quality.
n
- Calm, decisive and solutions‐focused under shoot‐day pressure, with the flexibility for location shoots and the occasional long day. Accountable and hands‐on — you treat samples, budgets and deadlines as your own, and you don't wait for the brief to land before you're already three steps ahead.
