n Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join their team at their Hallam facility.

The Role
n Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of the warehouse and yard, ensuring stock, equipment and customer orders are managed safely, accurately and efficiently.

n

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example and contributing to a high-performing operational team.
n Key responsibilities include:

n

- Coordinating daily warehouse and yard operations.
n
- Managing inventory, stock movements and inventory accuracy.
n
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound deliveries using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
n
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining quality and accuracy.
n
- Coordinating local deliveries using a company vehicle and trailer when required.
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse and yard environment.
n
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment, vehicles and warehouse facilities.
n
- Working closely with Operations and Production to ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved.
n




- Assisting with inventory management, cycle counts and stock control activities.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, layout and operational efficiency.
n
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
n

This is a permanent Monday to Friday opportunity based in Hallam.

About You
n To be successful, you will bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, Yard Coordinator or similar operational role.
n
- Experience working within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or industrial environments.
n
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
n
- Current Driver's Licence (manual preferred).
n
- Experience operating forklifts and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
n
- Exposure to inventory management, stock control and dispatch processes.
n
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, team-focused approach.
n
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
n
- Experience towing trailers will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
