About the Role

n

The Senior Solution Specialist will design, build and support end‐to‐end Microsoft 365 solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, delivering a first‐class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services, and providing guidance and project delivery using best‐practice, modern technology approaches.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Analyse business requirements and develop project documentation, including solution designs, recommendation reports and systems as‐built.
n
- Facilitate customer workshops and presentations, providing thought leadership.
n
- Provide technical leadership for customer Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
n
- Build and deploy solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
- Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects, migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
- Facilitate training workshops and develop training materials.
n
- Follow best‐practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (e.g., Change/Release).
n
- Provide governance and support to customer Microsoft 365 environments.
n

What You'll Bring

Required Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in an ICT professional services organisation as a Microsoft 365 consultant.
n
- Experience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions.
n
- Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365.
n
- Strong presentation skills and experience running workshops.
n
- Ability to address complex business problems with M365‐based solutions.
n
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
n
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
n
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
n
- Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365 (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive).
n
- Experience developing PowerShell scripts.
n

Nice to Have

n

- Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
n
- Experience with Information Management and Information Protection (Microsoft Purview).
n
- Experience building custom integrations.
n
- Experience using AvePoint and Nintex.
n
