Bupa Southport is seeking a dedicated Health Administration Team Leader to oversee Receptionist/Concierge and Health Assessor teams, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for BMVS customers. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will lead a small team, manage workloads, audits, rosters, and onboarding, while upholding high clinical governance and customer service standards.
