We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for our beautiful purpose built service in Jannali. Our centre is a 45 place centre and is located in close proximity to the train station. If you are an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and seeking to be part of a child safe organization and work with a team passionate about providing high-quality education and care.

About the role

- Managing and supporting programing of the centre
n
- Supporting centres to ensure that Quality Educational programs are delivered
n
- Running and managing the room
n
- Supporting NS to ensure the centre is compliant at all times and runs within the National Regulations and the National Law
n
- Motivating, training, and leading the room team
n
- Developing the strategic plan for the centre
n
- Helping in reviewing policies and procedures in the centre
n
- Doing planning and programing for your room
n
- Liaising with families and the community
n
- Maintaining and promoting a child safe environment
n

Skills and experience

n

- Strong Written and Communication Skills
n
- Solid understanding of Child Protection
n
- Strong understanding of National Law and National Regulations
n
- Ability to train and develop teams
n
- Degree in Early Childhood Education
n
- Comprehensive understanding of the National Law and Regulations
n
- Understanding of Child Safe Environment, Child Protection and mandatory reporting requirements
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training certifications
n
- Working With Children Check clearance
n
- Full Driver's Licence
n
- Full Working Rights in Australia
