About The Role:

n

We're looking for a hard working, organised and enthusiastic packing line operator to join our company.

n

You will be hands-on in this role, assisting with all aspects of the filling and packing operations. The ideal applicant will promote and always adhere to safe operations; comply with procedures; ensure all goods are checked for quality; maintaining documentation and housekeeping. In return, you'll receive the support of our fun, friendly team and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

The role will commence as a casual role (full time hours available - Monday to Friday day shift) with the prospect of leading to a full time role for the right applicant.

n

Some on the job duties include but are not limited to the following:

n

n
- Filling and packaging a broad range of cosmetics products and use of filling machinery
n
- Troubleshoot Line issues and make adjustments as necessary
n
- Completing all necessary manufacturing paperwork
n
- Cleaning and upkeep of all production equipment
n
- Follow GMP requirements and work closely with QC staff to ensure products meet the requirements of the customer and the highest possible standards of the company and the customer
n
- Clear and clean manufacturing area of previous batches before starting a new job.
n
- Packing products and prepare pallets
n

- A strong work ethic. We are a fast paced production facility and look for team members who enjoy this working environment

- Immediate availability required

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

- A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.
n
- Past experience in liquid filling and bulk manufacturing operations in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic or food manufacturing on a production line environment is advantageous however training will be provided.
n
- Ability to maintain good working relationships
n
- Ability to work without supervision and continually show initiative
n
- Enthusiasm, with a positive attitude
n
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
n
- Reliable Transport to and from Cardiff Facility.
n
- Forklift license and experience desirable
