TheMornington opening hours are Monday to Saturday (NO nights)

As the Store Manager you will be:
n
Responsible for ensuring theMorningtonstore operates safely and effectively at all times
n
Delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales revenue, profit targets and increased market share.
n
Assisting our customers face to face and over the phone keeping them informed of promotional activity and to gain an understanding of their business needs and wants.
n
You will also perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods
n
Using Pallet jacks , walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling
n
Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentations to the required standards.
n
Do you have what we're looking for?
n
n
- A strong Customer Service background in a store environment- hospitality, retail or similar
n
- Demonstrate a high level of competence in managing retail store operations
n
- Sound working knowledge of safety management and improvement
n
- An Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines
n
- Robust skills in people management and customer engagement
n
- This is a physical role with lifting up to 32kg for our heaviest tin of paint
n
n
We are looking for a great communicator and relationship builder, who will work alongside a great team providing an exceptional in-store customer experience. Being comfortable with manual handling and working in a trade environment is a must engaging with customers from theconstruction industry and assisting them with their needs.
