About the Role
n
As a Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional coaching experiences while building strong relationships with our members.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Delivering one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
n
Coaching clients to achieve sustainable results through evidence-based programming.
n
Programming and monitoring client progress including feedback and check-ins.
n
Conducting initial consultations and assessments.
n
Building genuine relationships and providing exceptional customer service and ongoing accountability.
n
Maintaining a positive and motivating training environment.
n
Contributing to the continued growth and culture of the studio.
n
Working Hours
n
This is a40-hour per weekposition with consistent weekday shifts.
n
Monday:6:00am – 2:00pm
n
Tuesday:11:00am – 7:00pm
n
Thursday:11:00am – 7:00pm
n
Friday:6:00am – 2:00pm
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Holds a minimum of a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. (Degree in Exercise Science or equivalent is desirable)
n
ASCA Level 1 or 2
n
Has current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
n
Is passionate about health, fitness and helping others succeed.
n
Is confident communicating with people from all backgrounds.
n
Is reliable, professional and well-presented.
n
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Enjoys working as part of a team.
n
Is committed to ongoing professional development.
n
