Skills & Experience – Highly Regarded

n

- Experience operating excavators and plant under 14 tonnes, particularly on general hire or builder‐style works
n
- HR Licence
n
- Other plant tickets
n
- Experience in plumbing or pipelaying excavations
n
- Previous experience in a similar role
n

The Role

n

As an Excavator Operator, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Operating excavators, skid steers, tippers and other plant
n
- Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Communicating clearly with customers
n
- Daily pre-starts and basic machine maintenance
n
- Weekly toolbox talks and team meetings
n
- Working safely with strong attention to detail
n
- Attending training and professional development sessions
n
