Mountain Trail RV is looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Albury team.

Based at our front reception, you will be the face of our sales/service department and the main point of contact for customers requiring after-sales support. You will coordinate service bookings, warranty and insurance claims, parts ordering and customer communication, helping ensure every job progresses smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

About the role

Key responsibilities

n

- Be the primary contact for after-sales enquiries, service bookings and customer updates.
n
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve post-service concerns with empathy, professionalism and confidence.
n
- Coordinate service and repair work with workshop technicians to support timely completion.
n
- Process and track warranty and insurance claims with manufacturers, suppliers and third-party repairers.
n
- Order parts and accessories and follow up on availability and delivery.
n
- Prepare invoices and process after-sales transactions accurately.
n
- Complete vehicle and product registration documentation.

- Provide administrative support for customer handovers when required.
n
- Prepare monthly service and warranty reports.
n
- Assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies, distributing mail and other administrative tasks.

About you

n

You will bring:

n

- Previous experience in a customer-facing administration or service coordination role.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- The ability to remain calm, professional and solution-focused when handling challenging customer situations.
n
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
n
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
n
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, or the ability to quickly learn recent programs.
n
- A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.
n
- A commitment to safe work practices.
n

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, caravans, parts ordering, warranty claims or insurance processes would be highly regarded but is not essential. Formal qualifications are not required—we value practical experience, initiative and a willingness to learn.
