The Role

- Manage a portfolio of 50 commercial tenancies end-to-end
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor liaisons
- Conduct property inspections and ensure strict lease compliance
- Execute lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management




- Support the Commercial PM leader with daily portfolio operations

The Person

- Up to 6 months previous experience ideally with exposure to commercial real estate is preferred
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong understanding of commercial tenancy processes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
