This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous property or strata insurance experience, has a passion for customer service, and a strong background in claims management.

As aClaims Consultant, you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

- Flexible working arrangements (2 days WFH)

- Salary around $75,000 - $90,000 plus super
n

This role will include, but not not limited to:

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of Strata Property claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
n




- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
n
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
n
- Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
n
- Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in Property or Strataclaims related role highly desirable
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
n
