At Ark Bathrooms , we’re about quality, relationships, and making the renovation process as seamless as possible for our clients.

We’re a family-run business with over 35 years’ experience delivering high-quality bathroom renovations and plumbing projects across Brisbane.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, adaptable and motivated Part-Time Showroom Consultant to join our team at our Capalaba showroom.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in bathroom design, renovations or construction , and is looking for an opportunity to learn, develop and grow with a business .

Previous experience in a showroom, construction, building, renovation or customer service environment is highly regarded , but equally important is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to become part of our growing team.

For the right person, there is genuine potential for the position to grow into a full-time role , with the opportunity to assist with and learn all avenues of the business .

Your Week Might Include:

- Welcoming clients into our Capalaba showroom and creating a positive first impression.





- Assisting clients with bathroom product selections, finishes and general product enquiries.

- Helping customers in person, over the phone and via email.

- Building strong relationships with clients throughout their renovation journey.

- Providing general showroom and administration support.

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails.

- Keeping the showroom organised, presented and ready for client appointments.

- Working alongside our renovation and administration teams to help projects run smoothly.

- Supporting the directors and wider team with day-to-day tasks where required.

- Learning more about bathroom renovations, products, suppliers and the different areas of our business as your experience grows.

About You:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers.

- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.

- Well presented, professional and reliable.

- Experience within construction, building, renovations or a showroom setting is preferred.

- An interest in bathroom design, interiors, building products or renovations would be highly regarded.

- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.





- Motivated to develop and grow within the business.

- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

- Organised with good attention to detail and follow-up.

- Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a busy team.

- Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
