The Role

As Food & Beverage Attendant in RuCo Bar, you will efficiently deliver a high standard of food and beverage services to our guests in linewith the guest’s needs and expectations.

Working amongst your team, you will support the Food & Beverage team with the day to day operations of RuCoas well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.

Day to Day

- To meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurant
- To provide personalised service in intimate settings




- To be able to work in a energetic team
- Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to create a positive first impression
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
- To assist with other areas of Food & Beverage division as the business requires

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

- Previous Food & Beverage experienced preferred
- MUST have an unrestricted working Visa for Australia
- Must have an Responsible Service of Alcohol for Victoria
- Bar skills are preferred
- Barista skills are preferred
- Flexible availability, preferably on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays
