This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Western Landscape Supplies as a Customer Service Operator. Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time role is based at our Willawong, QLD location. As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients across the landscaping industry.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to inbound sales enquiries from existing and prospective customers
- Providing expert product knowledge and advice to assist customers with their landscaping needs
- Preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing client accounts
- Liaising with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Identifying and proactively following up on new sales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to contribute to the company's overall success
About you
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical advice and solutions to customers
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
