Position: Hotel Service Manager
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time
Location: 68 Featherbrook Drive, Pointcook, VIC 3030
Experience required: Minimum 1 year experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality operations, commercial cleaning or a supervisory/management role

Ethical Cleaners is seeking an experienced and organised Hotel Service Manager to oversee and coordinate hotel housekeeping and guest service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleaning teams are effectively scheduled, service standards are maintained, and hotel clients receive reliable and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily hotel housekeeping and service requirements, allocating duties to housekeeping and cleaning staff according to operational needs.
• Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance and ensure appropriate staffing coverage across shifts.
• Liaise with hotel management and other relevant personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules, room requirements and service priorities.
• Supervise cleaning and hotel service teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with required quality standards.
• Monitor housekeeping standards, inspect completed work and identify opportunities to improve cleaning procedures and service delivery.
• Provide staff with guidance on workplace health and safety requirements and ensure safe work practices are followed.




• Address staff concerns and resolve workplace issues to maintain a professional and productive team workplace.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and cleaning resources and coordinate replenishment where required.
• Respond to hotel client requests, operational issues and service concerns, ensuring matters are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate service, attendance and operational records and provide updates to management as required.

Qualifications & Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality operations, commercial cleaning or a supervisory/management role.
• Experience coordinating cleaning or housekeeping teams is highly regarded.
