Working closely with our Director, you will help keep the day-to-day administration of the business organised and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and organising the Director's calendar and appointments
- Managing and coordinating general communications
- Sending follow-up emails and correspondence to customers and clients
- Preparing and organising documents for client signature and payment
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Maintaining organised client and business documentation
- Following up outstanding administrative matters
- Providing general administrative support to the Director and wider team
About you
- Highly organised and able to stay on top of multiple tasks
- Efficient and productive during your working hours
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of administrative tasks
- A strong problem solver who can work things out independently
- A confident and professional communicatorComfortable communicating in written and spoken English
- Reliable, detail-oriented and good at following through
- Comfortable working closely with a Director in a busy skilled environment
- Previous administration or executive support experience would be highly regarded
- Microsoft Office knowledge is essential
- Experience with Xero and AI tools is a bonus, but training will be provided
- Approximately 20 hours per week
