The Role

We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management team in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of daily operations and ensures our clients receive timely, accurate and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare documentation including leases, renewal paperwork, inspection notices and routine correspondence.
- Manage email inboxes,



phone enquiries and appointments for the PM team.
- Maintain up-to-date records across our CRM and compliance systems.
- Assist with routine inspections, ingoings/outgoings, and report preparation.
- Organise maintenance work orders, follow up trades, and ensure job completion.
- Upload property advertisement content and update listings as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our brand values.

About You

- Previous experience in real estate or administration (desired but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support the team.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
