Mercy Health is seeking a FaPMI CYP worker at Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, Williams Landing Hub, to support children and young people up to 25 who have a parent experiencing mental health challenges. You will work with Case Managers and FaPMI Coordinators to provide practical support and facilitate peer connections for families.
You will contribute to a whole-of-family approach, engage directly with young people, and help access formal supports and external partners where gaps
