You have a unique opportunity to join CutlerMerz as a graduate, based in our growing Melbourne office, where you will gain exposure to the sector's most complex and interesting issues. Our graduate program will commence in February 2027.

Key responsibilities

- Experience at least two and up to four rotations across a number of our Service Lines over 2 years
- Develop both your technical skills and learn the consulting process
- Work on real client projects from Day 1
- Report to Service Line Leaders who are true experts in their fields
- Be mentored by one of our team for the full 2 year program
- Contribute to research and thought leadership on emerging topics in the sector
- Attend structured training sessions to support your development

About you

- Exceptional academic achievement in a relevant degree (Engineering, Economics, Maths, Government and Policy)
- Demonstrated aptitude for using structured problem solving and analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- A skilled and personable approach - a team player
- Client service orientation
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (qualitative and quantitative data)




- Demonstrated interest in the Energy sector and emerging trends related to the Energy Transition
- Alignment with the CutlerMerz values: Client service, Team work, Independence and technical expertise
