We're a Gold Coast plastics fabrication business supplying custom-made products to customers across Australia. Small team, busy workshop, no corporate nonsense.

The role

You'll be a key part of our factory team — cutting, packing and moving stock. It's hands-on work in a good setting, with a genuine path into skilled fabrication if that's what you're after.

Day to day

- Operating the table saw, cutting sheet and rod to size
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Forklift work — loading and unloading deliveries
- Keeping the workshop clean, tidy and safe

What we’re looking for

- Current forklift licence,



or willingness to get one (we can help)
- Reliable — you turn up on time and do what you say you'll do
- Good with your hands and happy to learn
- Comfortable with a tape measure and basic measurements
- A decent attitude and someone who fits into a small team

No previous plastics experience needed. We'll teach you what you need to know.

Where it can lead

For the right person, there's a clear path into skilled work:

- Plastic welding and tank fabrication
- CNC machining
- Laser cutting

We train from within and we're happy to invest in someone who wants to build a trade.
