Ela & Earth is seeking a detail‑driven Returns & Customer Care Coordinator to join our Tweed Heads warehouse and office on a part‑time basis (Mon–Fri, 9:00–2:00). You will own end‑to‑end returns, exchanges and refunds, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution.
You will also support the customer care team across channels, answering order queries and helping create a smooth post‑purchase experience using Shopify and Cin7.
