Capture Recruitment are seeking Pallet Builders / Labourers for positions based in the Western Suburbs on Day shift. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start for the right candidate with demonstrated experience.
Shift Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Altona location
- 7:00am to 3:00pm
Duties
- Assembly of pallets usinghand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Operation of machinery
- Meet daily production goals
- Meet company standards
- Inspect productsfor damage
- Maintain a clean work area while always following safety protocols
- Work with the team to meet daily production and quality goals
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in general labouring
- Proven experience in pallet building or manufacturing
- Proven experience using hand tools, power tools (saws, nail guns)
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work autonomously
- Have a team-first attitude and commitment to safety
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Forklift licence advantageous
