We're partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit a People Advisory to join their Shared Services team during a busy peak period. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience within a high-volume HR workplace while supporting one of Australia's most recognised brands.

About the Role

n

You'll join a specialist team within the Shared Services function, providing support to team members across a range of HR-related enquiries. This role is focused on delivering a positive employee experience through the timely resolution of pay-impacting issues, system navigation support, benefits enquiries, and recruitment-related questions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Respond to team member enquiries via web-based channels
n
- Assist with pay-impacting issues and employee administration queries
n
- Support team members with system navigation and troubleshooting
n
- Provide information relating to employee advantages and recruitment processes
n
- Make outbound calls when required to investigate or resolve enquiries
n
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
n
- Deliver a positive and professional team member experience at every interaction
n
- Work collaboratively within a high-volume shared services environment
n

About You

n

- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
- Previous customer service, administration, HR, or shared services experience highly regarded
n
- Willingness to learn and develop recent skills, including phone-based support
n
- Temporary Contract (7-month)
n
- Training: 4-week full-time onboarding (in office)
n
- Minimum 2 days per week in office
n
- Rostered Shifts: Monday - Friday between 6:30am - 5:30pm
n
- Immediate Start!
n
- $40 PH + Super
n
