Job Description
n
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for dealer sales teams, covering vehicle features, specifications, technology, and brand positioning .
n
- Create training materials including presentations, handouts, eLearning modules, and hands-on workshop guides .
n
- Conduct classroom training, in-dealership coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions for dealer trainers .
n
- Ensure training content aligns with JETOUR's brand guidelines and product launch timelines .
n
- Develop and maintain a structured product training curriculum covering recent model launches, annual model updates, and ongoing product knowledge reinforcement .
n
- Translate technical product attributes into simple, customer-focused sales messages .
n
- Work with the global product and marketing teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product information and market strategy .
n
n
Training Effectiveness & Evaluation
n
n
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through trainee feedback, competency assessments, and dealer sales performance metrics .
n
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and changing business needs .
n
- Maintain training records and track completion rates for dealer staff .
n
n
Stakeholder Management
n
n
- Partner with the Channel Department to support dealer recruitment and onboarding through effective training .
n
- Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, and sales consultants across the network .
n
- Collaborate with JETOUR's global product development and marketing teams on training initiatives .
n
n
Budget & Resource Management
n
n
- Manage the product training budget, including external training providers and training materials .
n
- Oversee the scheduling and logistics for training events across Australia .
n
n
Requirements
n
Education & Experience
n
n
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field .
n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a product training or sales training role .
n
- Experience working with a dealership network is essential .
n
- Experience with Chinese automotive brands, new market entrants, or "challenger" brands is highly preferred .
n
- Strong product knowledge of passenger vehicles, including SUV categories .
n
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences .
n
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences .
n
- Experience developing training content in multiple formats (in-person, eLearning, blended learning) .
n
- Strong project management and organizational skills .
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) .
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
n
