The Role

n

We are now seeking a talent and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

n

Working in a well-established kitchen, planning, preparing and serving quality Italian cuisine with a modern coastal twist,



your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting with menu planning and design
n
- Delivering high-quality cuisine
n
- Managing and training kitchen staff including directing food preparation
n
- Monitoring inventory and stock control
n
- Ensuring staff compliance with HACCAP regulations and safety standards
n

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Relevant qualifications no less than a Diploma level, plus 2 years full time relevant employment experience
n
- Knowledge and passion for contemporary and traditional cuisine
n
- Ability and experience to work autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen with a talented kitchen staff
n
- Flexibility with work split shift, including evenings and weekends
n
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
n
