Job Description

- Assist with the processing of customer invoices, receipts, and account adjustments.
n
- Maintain accurate customer account information and financial records.
n
- Monitor outstanding invoices and support follow-up activities on overdue accounts.
n
- Allocate incoming payments and assist with account reconciliations.
n
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to invoices, payments, and account balances.
n
- Prepare and distribute customer statements as required.
n
- Support month-end activities and reporting processes.
n




- Work with internal teams to resolve account and billing queries.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company procedures.
n
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
n

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in administration, customer service, or a broader office support role with exposure to finance processes.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

- Hold a positive, team-oriented approach with a solid customer service mindset.
