Remuneration: $65,000 – $150,000 + Super + Vehicle + Phone + Equity Pathway

The Opportunity: Leverage Data to Drive Valuation Excellence

Valuation in the modern era is driven by data intelligence, spatial analytics, and market insight. We are seeking a Valuer or Rural Land Professional—ranging from a data‐curious entry‐level candidate to an experienced Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)—who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology and data analysis.

You will work within one of our largest and most diverse regional territories. Your day‐to‐day will involve delivering valuation and advisory services across agricultural land, government acquisitions, corporate/ASX‐listed portfolio assets, commercial holdings, and court matters.

Competitive Base + Package: $65,000 to $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
n
Valuation & Advisory Reports: Prepare accurate, data‐backed reports for mortgage, compensation, advisory, and court proceedings (commensurate with qualification level).
n
Technology & Workflow Optimization: Utilize up-to-date digital toolsets and templates to streamline reporting workflows and asset modeling.
n
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with local landholders, banks, corporate clients, and legal advisors.
n
Skills & Qualifications
n
Data & Digital Literacy: Aptitude for computer work, navigating datasets, sales databases, spatial mapping (GIS), and market metrics.
n
Software Proficiency: Advanced skill in MS Excel and MS Office for financial/property modeling, data synthesis, and report production.
n
Analytical Mindset:
High technical curiosity with an ability to apply logical problem‐solving to complex property matters.
n
Education: Minimum Diploma‐level qualification. Entry‐level candidates must demonstrate a commitment to obtaining CPV status (support provided). Senior applicants should hold a current Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
n
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with or capability to quickly learn NSW property transaction and legislative frameworks.
n
General: Valid Australian Driver's Licence, Australian Citizenship, and high standards of client confidentiality.
n
Rural Property Insights: Knowledge of regional NSW agricultural industries, land capabilities, and buyer motivations.
n
Business Growth: Initiative, client liaison capability, and an interest in growing a regional practice.

Property & Market Understanding: Knowledge of rural/regional property dynamics (or aptitude to learn).

Client & Business Focus: Ability to relate to clients and enthusiasm for business growth and partnership.
