THE ROLE

n

We're seeking an experienced Skin & Laser Therapist (2+ years) on a casual basis to join our growing team.

n

You'll be working with technology and protocols most Brisbane clinics don't have access to yet.

n

What you'll do

n

n
- Deliver Super Hair Removal across all skin types on our Soprano Titanium platform, the gold standard in comfort and speed
n
- Run our full skin menu backed by Toskani and SkinCeuticals, from clinical peels through to advanced corrective protocols
n
- Perform microneedling with a supporting topical menu
n
- Deliver PDRN and PRX skin protocols
n
- Deliver Soprano Titanium lifting and tightening treatments
n
- Run PRIN lymphatic drainage and LED protocols
n
- Deliver scalp and hair growth treatments, one of our fastest growing categories (experience desirable, not essential - we can upskill you on this)
n
- Conduct personalised consultations and build treatment plans to address key skin concerns that hold up over time
n
- Educate clients on skin health and prescribe home care that maintains the result between visits
n
- Participate in occasional social media and in-clinic content
n
- Maintain a clean, professional space and follow strict infection-control protocols
n
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team
n

Available hours

n





Starting at a consistent 20 to 25 hours per week:

n

n
- Saturday shift (5 hours only, paid at the casual weekend penalty rate)
n
- Monday & Friday mornings (4 hours)
n
- Wednesday and Thursday late afternoon into evening (4 hours)
n
- Scope to pick up additional hours during peak periods.
n

About You

n

n
- Confident, energetic and focused on client outcomes
n
- Full Use Laser License + HLTINF005 Infection Control (essential)
n
- Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty / Dermal Therapy (preferred)
n
- CPR + First Aid (or willing to obtain)
n
- 2+ years' experience in skin or aesthetics (preferred)
n
- Strong knowledge of pigmentation, acne and hormonal skin health
n
- Comfortable recommending home care and guiding clients
n
- Reliable with your availability. Casual doesn't mean casual about showing up
n
- Confident with social media and content creation. Candidates who can demonstrate this through their own accounts will be at an advantage
n
