Work closely with impressive CFO and wider leadership team

$120k - $140k + Super

This high growth healthcare services business have performed year on year for the last 5 years allowing them to expand their presence across Australia and with that, increase headcount across finance. Having recently solidified their financial reporting team, there is an exciting prospect for a commercially minded Analyst to come in and take full ownership of their FP&A; function, reporting directly into the CFO. Duties will include:

Full ownership of budgeting and forecasting process for the group

n

Provide high level financial analysis and commentary

n

Support the business long term financial planning process

n

Build and maintain robust financial models

n





Assist with the production of business cases

n

Partner with stakeholders across senior leadership and operational teams

n

Produce monthly management reports

n

Assist CFO on M&A; activity

n

Continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives

n

To be considered, you will be CA or CPA qualified, with time spent in a chartered accounting firm highly desirable. You will have a minimum of 2 years in a commercial finance/analytical role, and be comfortable engaging with senior leaders. Prior experience with, or a vested interest in AI tools is highly regarded.
