Kincaid Properties is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. You'll be the face of our properties — meeting prospective renters, securing quality tenants, and playing a key part in the leasing process from first inspection to signed lease.

The hours

n

Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a rotating Saturday roster.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Conducting open for inspections for prospective renters
n
- Engaging with applicants to assess suitability and verify references
n
- Processing and approving applications alongside the Property Management team
n
- Managing renter enquiries and coordinating inspections and access
n
- Completing detailed,



accurate ingoing condition reports and routine inspection reports
n
- Handling renter enquiries through realestate.com.au
