Social Worker - Senior (Brain Injury Community Integration Service)

Key Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Utilise specialist clinical knowledge, skills and experience to provide discipline specific rehabilitation interventions and clinical case management to patients with an acquired brain injury.
n
- Deliver independent high level clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.

- Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.

- Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced practitioners and students as delegated.

Remuneration value up to $125 887 p.a, comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (part time, 60.8 hrs p.f.)
