About the job Trainer & Assessor - Community Services

We are Urgently seeking Trainers and Assessors for CHC52021 - Diploma of Community Services for our Client based in Sydney CBD

A total of15 hours a week, Monday - Wednesday, 3.30 pm 9 pm (with a half-hour unpaid break in between)

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
- Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
- Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions
- Actively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence

All applicants need to have.

Certificate IV in TAE40116

Currency Documents

Proof of PDs done in the last year

Needs to have at least 2 years post-qualification industry experience
