About the Role

Our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Miranda is seeking a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our sales & service team.

This permanent part‑time position will be 3 days per week; Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 8:00am to 5:30pm.

What will a day look like?

- You will be the face of our Mercedes-Benz Dealership by meeting and greeting customers.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for customers.
- Ensuring all customers are tended to in a timely manner.




- Maintain overall office presentation, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
- Day to day administration duties & service bookings.
- Supporting both the Sales, Service & Parts Departments.

About You

- You will have a passion for managing customers first impressions by offering superior customer service.
- You will have experience within a reception/customer service/administration position.
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills - face to face & telephone.
- Proficient computer & administration skills.
- Professionally presented.
- Ability to work within a busy team environment with multiple priorities.
- Sound time management and attention to detail.
