About the opportunity We are seeking a passionate and motivated administrative officer to join the Patient Services Team in the Intensive Care Unit who understands the importance of high-quality admin support and person-centered care in a agile environment. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative duties involved in the patient journey on the ward. You are required to provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital. 0.44 EFT 17 Hours per week. Permanent Part Time 4 Hour afternoon shifts including weekends WMH

What you'll bring:

- Experience working in a customer facing, fast paced and dynamic environment (essential).




- Experience working in a hospital (desirable).
- Strong person-centered focus and excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with IPM or similar patient management systems (desirable).
- Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
- A motivated and "can-do" attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile.
