is an Australian company specialising in soil, compost, mulch, and related landscape products . The company provides high-quality soil and organic products for landscaping, gardening, horticulture, and related industries.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Bagging & Packaging Operator to join the team. The role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of bagging and packaging equipment used in the processing and dispatch of soil, compost, and landscape products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate automated bagging and packaging machinery
- Monitor product weights, quality, labelling, and packaging standards
- Maintain production output targets
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Follow all WHS requirements and site procedures




- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Requirements:

- Forklift Licence - Required
- Previous production, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow SOPs and site procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Job Security - long-term work in a WEATHERPROOF, PANDEMIC PROOF, & RECESSION PROOF industry!
- Work 5 days a week, up to 10 hours per day paid on time and a half after 8 hrs, double time after 10 hrs!
- Secure long-term casual employment with consistent hours.
