About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, humble, and team-focused Group Fitness Coach to join our crew. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where energy, integrity, and passion matter just as much as programming and performance.

- Humble,



coachable, and eager to level up your craft
- Confident in leading group training sessions with energy and care
- Someone who values connection, community, and bringing out the best in every member
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Availability to coach 15–20 hours per week (early mornings and evenings)
- Work for the owners of the first ever BFT Franchise
- Be mentored by industry leaders who helped shape the BFT model
- Be part of a supportive, high-performance team
