Client Care Consultant~ Laser & Tattoo Removal Clinic

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Client Care Consultant to join a leading specialist clinic in the heart of Brisbane CBD. With 8 studios across Australia and a strong international presence, this role offers the chance to convert warm, inbound leads into lasting client relationships. All leads are provided - there's no cold calling and no outbound sales. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll have everything you need to take ownership of your day and drive your own success.

You'll bring a consultative approach and exceptional client service to every interaction, helping clients understand their treatment options and confidently guiding them through their journey.

Working closely with the Studio and Area Manager, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming client experience - confidently managing consultations, financing conversations & options, and follow-ups from start to finish.

This target-driven position provides a generous commission scheme, with achievable targets, ideal for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, and energised by delivering great client outcomes and treatment results.

Every day will be full of variety, including:

- Conducting client consultations and converting enquiries into sales
- Educating clients on laser tattoo removal and setting realistic treatment expectations
- Building genuine relationships and confidently handling client questions and objections
- Explaining financing and payment options clearly
- Following up with clients and maintaining accurate CRM records




- Working closely with the studio's Laser Specialists and wider support team
- Helping the studio achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Managing bookings, administration and general studio tasks
- Building local community and referral relationships
- Participating in networking and promotional activities
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and merchandising
- Representing the brand professionally and contributing to a positive team culture

All about You...

Ideally, you will have;

- Experienced in Customer Service, sales admin, &/ or moving away from the call centre sector
- Experience &/ or a strong interest in beauty, skincare, healthcare, aesthetics or tattoo removal industry
- Confident conducting consultations & resolving queries in a busy environment
- Motivated by targets, commission and achieving results
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Proactive, reliable, organised and positive, with a growth mindset
- Experienced with computers, CRM systems and basic programs

What's On Offer

$35-$40 per hour + generous commissions + super

Days & Hours

Please note: this role requires availability to work every Saturday. Wednesdays and Sundays are rostered off.

Weekly hours (lunch and other breaks included):

Monday & Tuesday: 9:45am - 6:15pm

Thursday: 10:45am - 7:15pm

Friday: 9:45am - 5:15pm

Saturday: 8:45am - 4:15pm
