THE POSITION

- Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
- Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Stock control and rotation
- Roster option A: 25 hours across Monday to Friday
- Roster option B: 30 hours across Saturday to Wednesday

THE PERSON





- Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S;
- Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
- Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
- Police check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
