We are seeking an enthusiasticCertificate III Educator to join our team atClayton South Kindergarten .
At Clayton South Kindergarten, we believe play is the most powerful way to learn. Our play-based program is designed around children’s interests and abilities, combining planned and spontaneous experiences encouraging children to explore, experiment, investigate and examine.
Our experienced educators incorporate the five learning outcomes from the Early Years Learning Framework, supporting each child’s independence, confidence, communication, and social skills in a safe, nurturing environment.
Families choose us for high-quality early childhood education in Melbourne, delivered in a fun and supportive setting. Clayton South Kindergarten is proud to be rated Exceeding National Quality Standard.
This is a part-time, ongoing role offering 17.5 hours per week, with shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 4:15pm, and Wednesday from 9:0am to 11:00am.

About you
- You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
- You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
- You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
- You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
- You value kindness and respect.
- You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
- You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
