We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our Auckland team.

The role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a Weekend MaxMara Brand Ambassador

Full availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster

Roster can be split between different locations across Sydney

Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales





Sound fashion retail experience

Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced setting

Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously

Motivated and exceptionally organised

Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering experience

Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's

Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities

Ability to work flexible hours / shifts - including weekends.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
