Front Desk Agent – Motel | Brisbane | 25–38 Hours Per Week

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our Brisbane motel team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, is confident working independently, and can handle a busy front desk while providing excellent guest service.

Previous motel, hotel or front desk experience is essential.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the motel, including:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service

- Managing check-ins, check-outs and reservations

- Handling guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email

- Managing bookings, payments and general front office administration

- Resolving guest issues confidently and professionally

- Working independently and keeping the front desk running smoothly during busy periods

- Assisting with general motel operations as required

- Able to work alone without being micro managed

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in hotel/motel reception or front office operations

- Friendly, positive and genuinely enjoys dealing with guests

- Reliable,



organised and able to work with minimal supervision

- Confident making decisions and solving problems

- Calm and professional during busy periods

- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

- Computer confident, ideally with experience using RMS or similar property management/booking systems

- Versatile with availability, including some weekends and evenings

- Willing and able to travel occasionally between our motel properties in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth when required

Hours & Opportunity

Location: Brisbane
Hours: Approximately 25–38 hours per week
Employment: Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Shifts: Flexible roster, including weekends and evenings

For the right person, there may also be opportunities to gain experience across our motel properties in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth .

Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate after successfully completing a 6-month probation period, subject to eligibility and business requirements.
